Hundreds of thousands of people in Belgrade, Novi Sad and other bigger cities in Serbia protest from day to day against the annulment of the victory of opposition at the local government elections. The citizens express their revolt by long walks along the city streets, and sounds made by whistles, bells, by music and throwing of eggs at the regime's institutions. Many artists participated these events (mostly passive without real idea) and among others ice-art group (led-art) and myself. Since 1992, we are working on positions of art and living in Serbia about frozen, altered states, and we were ready when protest started. Among many actions we did is, with help of students, hundreds of drawings similar to those of police kind of business, referring that is the only real art in our country-police drawings, drawings that needs no copyright....obra de Dragan Zivancevic (The Academy Of Arts) a la muestra No Copyright de Industrias Mikuerpo (Madrid, 1998).
